Terms and Conditions
Delivery requests or information need to be given directly to UPS or Fedex via their websites.
We only ship plants that are disease-free and of high quality. That being said, we cannot control what happens to your order during transit. If you receive damaged or incorrect plants, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery of your shipment. Include your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect plants. We do not accept returns.
Altman Plants is not responsible for damage to plants by extreme weather.
For orders shipping to states with the EXCEPTION of CA, NV, AZ & NM:
We recommend selecting 2 or 3 Day delivery. Altman Plants cannot guarantee the health of the plants if Ground is selected, as the plants may be sitting in the box too long while in transit. Therefore, orders shipped via Ground to any state other than CA, NV, AZ & NM may be ineligible for a refund.
Cactus Shop order pickup is now an option for Arizona, California, and Nevada customers.
Pick up is available from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays.
You get to choose your pickup day at checkout, and then we’ll have your plants ready to go when you swing by that day. Come as early as 8 a.m. but no later than 2 p.m. Simple as that!

Exchanges or additions to orders cannot be made at time of pickup. Please reach us at (760) 744-8191, ext. 255, or email@example.com for order support.
Life isn’t always so simple, of course. Please contact us as soon as possible if you learn you won’t be able to visit us on your scheduled day. Postponement or change requests may be subject to a 50 percent restocking fee.
