All delivery specification and request must be made directly through UPS. You can do this easily by setting up a UPS My choice account, which can be found here: https://www.ups.com/us/en/services/tracking/mychoice.page
Please note that your order will ship in multiple boxes. To track these packages, use the tracking number provided once your package ships. When on UPS.com, and on the page for the provided tracking number, scroll to the bottom where is says ‘packages in this shipment’. By clicking on the down arrow, you will be able to see the tracking numbers for your other packages. Additionally, packages may be separated during shipping, and may arrive at different times.
Once your package has shipped, any inquires regarding your package must be made through UPS.
